Sem Hage

Sem is a corporate finance advisor with experience in guiding business sales, acquisitions, and growth trajectories in the SME sector. At Marktlink, he contributed to dozens of transactions across various industries, including manufacturing, e-commerce, and business services. He combines sharp analysis of business models with strong commercial insight, while keeping a close eye on both the substance and the dynamics of the process. Sem studied Financial Management at Nyenrode and previously worked at an international scale-up, giving him practical experience alongside his M\&A expertise in the realities of fast-growing companies.

Wisse Stolk

Wisse is a corporate finance advisor with experience in guiding acquisitions, business sales, and valuation matters. He has advised on transactions in sectors including IT, healthcare, and business services, with a focus on structure, process, and negotiation. He also served as CFO of a fast-growing company, giving him firsthand insight into how strategic and financial decisions play out in practice. Wisse studied Finance at Esade in Barcelona and Business Administration at Nyenrode.

Tom Stolk

Tom is an entrepreneur and executive with more than thirty years of experience in building, leading, and selling medium-sized to large international companies in the technology, software, and IT sector. He has served as CEO at major publicly listed companies such as Fujitsu, Philips, and Imtech, as well as at international private companies in which he was also an investor. Tom has worked with and within boards of directors, but also with entrepreneurs in the small and medium-sized business segment. He sold several companies to strategic buyers and private equity parties and therefore knows from his own experience what is involved in achieving a successful transfer from the business world. Tom is currently active as an investor in companies and as a non-executive at, among others, Bejo Zaden, Sjef.app, eLockers, and Nedvice. He is involved in various strategic and governance projects within Dutch business and, finally, he is active as an M&A partner for entrepreneurs who are seeking external financing or wish to sell their company—often their life’s work.

Erik Biekart

Erik is a financial executive with extensive international experience in software, technology, and professional services. He has served as CFO and CEO at companies including RES Software, CustomerGauge, Stepco, and Philips Broadcast, where he led several successful exits to strategic buyers and private equity firms. At Fidelity International, Keylane, and the Vanenburg Group, he played a key role in international expansion, M&A transactions, and post-merger integration. As CFO, Erik combined strong financial leadership with commercial responsibility, working closely with shareholders, supervisory boards, and investors. He is currently active as an advisor and non-executive director in high-growth companies and sectors undergoing transformation.
