This website does not itself collect personal data through contact or sign-up forms. We process personal data only in the following cases:

As an independent corporate finance adviser, we handle the information you share with us with the utmost care and confidentiality. Information you provide to us in the context of a (potential) engagement is not shared with third parties without your consent, unless we are legally required to do so.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to analyse and improve the use of the website. These statistics are anonymised and privacy-friendly: no tracking cookies are placed, no personal data is stored, and visitors are not tracked across different websites.

Because we do not use tracking or marketing cookies, a cookie banner is not required.

We do not sell your data to third parties. To host the website and provide email, we use carefully selected service providers that act solely on our instructions:
